Where can I download Punchcard?
Punchcard is available in the app store. You can download it here.
How much does Punchcard cost?
Punchcard is free to download and use. We pay you - not the other way around. :-)
How do I redeem my rewards?
There are two ways you can redeem rewards:
- A check in the mail
- For most merchants we will send you a check after your 10th purchase for your average order value.
- In store credit for something free
- Some merchants will have in-store rewards that you can get on your 10th purchase. These "sponsored" merchants will be highlighted inside the app.
Where does Punchcard send my checks?
You can provide your address once logged in to our mobile app. We will send your checks there.
What are "My Offers"?
Punchcard is all about saving you money and finding you great deals. As you shop you will notice personalized offers appearing in the My Offers tab. Feel free to check them out whenever you're in the mood for a killer deal.
How long does it take to receive a check in the mail?
We will get your check to you in 7-10 business days after you have punched your 10th stamp.
Do uncompleted cards expire?
Yes. You have up to six (6) months to complete each card.
